What is the Project?

Alliance for Children Everywhere has been working for years to build schools and pay teachers in order to give children in Zambia an affordable, yet quality education. Garden Presbyterian School, a primary school that goes through grade 7, is free of charge and is housed in Garden Presbyterian Church. This allows children in the Garden Compound in Lusaka to complete primary school. However, the local high schools in the area all have a tuition cost as well as a uniform and book requirement. The goal for our project is to raise money to send students from Garden Presbyterian School through high school at the school of their choice. The money raised by this project also covers the costs of books and uniforms, as well as any other emergency needs by the students related to their education. This enables students to reach their academic potential and set themselves up to attend university or trade schools after graduation.
